When I was 27 I bought my first house. Got married when I was 28. Before that, got my masters with a 4.0... had some scientific journal pubs. Blah blah blah My first job out of grad school I was a program director, working 70 hrs/wk. Cause that’s what people did. When I was 29 I was at the start of a 5 year deep Hero’s journey. Basically dying - physically, energetically, & ego death; and brought myself back to life. (That’s a long story for a book or something.) While it was extremely difficult to feel like you are dying before 30, I’ve always been grateful to go through that when I did. Some people go their whole lives without remembering who they really are, or at least much longer. *You see, the matrix isn’t set up for your optimum health, creativity & soul expansion & expression.* While I never thought I would get divorced, especially after how amazing my ex hub handled me not being able to work or do anything and was there solid through it all; the truth was, I got married for insecure ego reasons. I just figured if I wanted to have kids, I better get married before I’m 30, and also it was like an external sign of worthiness. We had a huge amazing love, and shared values and he’s still one of the best people I know.... and I knew he would be a great dad. But .... this whole life did not come from an authentic expression of my core. . *Every healing journey is remembering who you really are.* (Just like B.Brennan says... the form of energy healing I studied) And generally at least one major part or all parts of your life will change. Relationships, where you live, and your career. I changed it all. It is glorious to create from a place of pure authenticity without giving a fuck. 😅The heart path, the spiritual path, the artist’s way, are one in the same. Trust me, there are times my ego has wanted to be “normal”.... but my “true” self .... my higher-self, guides, everyone.... keeps me on track. I’ve done too many spiritual initiations, like getting ordained as a priest and shamanic rites, where my soul has made a commitment to serve. So this life is an act of my love and devotion. *R E M E M B R A N C E* Blessed beings, I invite you to receive this as an activation - permission to remember - who you really are. We are in a time of exponential remembering. This is a key to our collective awakening/ascension process. It can be exhilarating to remember and begin to integrate more of who you truly are. This feels like an exciting time, since I don’t think we have had this level of remembering, on the planet, in a very long time. In Egypt I believe we knew a lot..... certainly Lemuria and Atlantis, I feel we knew our true origins. • I N T E G R A T E • . Following big energetic “work” from any transformational modality aka “medicine”, (dance, movement, breath, healing work, energetic upgrades, ceremony, plants, creative expression etc. ) it’s important to allow yourself that time & space for integration. (Combining to make whole/bringing more parts of yourself into conscious awareness) It’s also helpful to remember that a contraction phase will follow an expansion phase. That’s how the creative pulse of our core essence operates. I’ve noticed the bigger the expansion, the contraction feels more apparent. It doesn’t need to be so uncomfortable though, if you are aware and honor that distillation phase of your core. We aren’t meant to be in perpetual expansion. It’s a pulse, like breathing. I believe even Jesus said, “I am motion & rest.” This could look like literally more rest, more emotional processing, journaling, dream process, meditating, whatever is called for, until you ride the next wave of expansion. That’s probably what universes are doing too. 🤔 I think there are an infinite number of pulses going on at once, (in your human self) but to me, you can feel the overall wave & ride it. 🌊🏄🏽‍♀️🤙🏽 What does your integration process feel like?

Easter message part 2: From Mary Magdalen. {this came in 2 sessions a couple hours apart. For the first part, I was lying outside in my yard & it was drizzling. Her energy was feeling more feisty than usual ... maybe bc Easter.} “I am that cool drizzle on your skin - the fresh breeze - I am everywhere- as the Great Ma- the Goddess- lives & breathes in everything - Shakti - is a good word - I can use Sanskrit if I want to - I studied it after all - yoga as well as sex magic - all of the great mysteries - forever a student - of the truth- if divinity. But I digress - ah - the message - what is the most helpful ? Or fun? ✨ Anything you can imagine is real.✨ I’ve added a new juicy self-love practice to my routine recently. I call it magnetic-self dreaming. I’ll set my timer for 11 minutes, lie down on my bed, open the space then feel my magnetic-self. Then I will drop into these magical scenes in my future or in my NOW of my imagination. 🥰 It feels really good and high vibrational. It’s so interesting to see & feel the things that come through. I’m curious if you all have added any new practices into your routine? And what is your self-love routine ? I’m a list maker, so every day the first section on my list is self-love, then Bli$$ness. My daily self-love practices are: breathwork, pages (journal), meditation, pathway (@tobemagnetic) usually some kind of exercise, sometimes reading, and my new magnetic self dreaming, oh yea, and dancing & singing daily. 🌷Happy Easter ✨🐣 . The masters have messages for you today. All three were coming through strong (Mother Mary, Yeshua & Magdalen) they just want more people to know the truth, as they are ready. And more are, as we are ascending. I’ve had a close connection with Yeshua for quite some time ..... of course before this lifetime, as an Essene .... but that’s another story for another time.... {Mother Mary was an incredibly advanced soul, a high initiate of the school of Isis, in Egypt, where all 3 of them trained. Mary was trained as an incarnate, rather than a high priestess like Mary Magdalen. Both require tremendous training and discipline ..... under certain conditions the Goddess herself would incarnate ... “In a final initiation, Mary became the holder of an energy stream directly from Isis herself. In this regard, she was an embodiment of the Cosmic Mother.” -MM (the Magdalen manuscript) Of course Yeshua and Mary Magdalen were in sacred partnership (as most of you know by now) and they had a daughter Sar’h. Whom he never got to meet when he was still “alive.” He did come back and meet her when she was pregnant and visiting her mother MM and Yeshua blessed her baby. Anyway, I now believe the immaculate conception was possible, as described by MM, due to her high level of spiritual initiation. We must remember the mother who paved the way for a being like Yeshua to be born. Also, Yeshua would not have been able to carry out his soul mission without the sacred partnership of Magdalen and their highly advanced alchemical sex magic. ✨ Those are some basics.
